From 4pm to 6.30pm, we explored our environment through individual and group improvisations. We started together at the studio; with exercises to become more aware of the space inside, around us and the spaces between us. We did a "leader/follower" group exercise and continued with improvisations in duos about changing our muscular tones (from level 0 to level 10). Then some of us moved outside, experienced and connected with the environment nearby. At the end, there was space to reflect together about our experiences as a group and for ourselves : "what is level 0 in tone exercise?" was the main question that took our attention.
